This Parmesan Crusted Chicken is not your average chicken recipe! A spicy sauce tops the chicken with a delicious Parmesan crust on top!
Ingredients
- 8 Chicken fillets
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon chopped herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and sprinkle the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, paprika and garlic powder. Add half of the Parmesan.
- Spread an equal amount of sour cream mixture over each piece of chicken. Add to a baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan over the top and sprinkle in the sour cream mixture.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Turn the broiler oven and broil for 3-4 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown. Serve immediately and garnish with herbs.
