Ingredients

Shrimp Marinade

  • 1lb shrimp, raw, peeled, deveined, tail is removed
  • 1 tsp dark chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoking paprika
  • 1/2 TSP Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 TSP oregano dry
  • 1 minced garlic TSP, (or 1/2 tsp garion powder)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper debris
  • 1/2 tsp of halal salt
  • Juice 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
  • 3 tablespoons of avocado oil

Taco Elements

  • 1 grated green cabbage cup
  • 1 Purple grated cabbage cup
  • 8-10 small flour or corn tortillas, mild baked goods
  • Decoration:
  • Cilantro fresh
  • Lime slices

Avocado Crema

  • 1 medium avocado, seeds removed and the meat ran out
  • 1/2 cup cilantro.
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 Greek Yogurt Cup
  • 3 tablespoons of avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoons of water.

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, shuffle seasoning ingredients: 3 tablespoons of avocado oil, lime juice, chili powder, smoke peppers, cumin, oregano, garlic, red peppers, and halal salt. Add prepped shrimp, stir to coat all shrimp with spices. Place it in the refrigerator and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. While the shrimp is directed, in a food processor, add avocados crema: avocado, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, yogurt, olive oil, water and halal salt. Pulses until all the ingredients are smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add other water. Set aside.
  3. Use mandolin or knife, tear cabbage. Place it in a small bowl, add a few spoons of crema and stir to combine. Store the rest of the crema to drizzle on the taco at the end.
  4. You can cook shrimp in the cast iron skillet or bake it.
  5. Grill method: Shrimp pitch on a soaked bamboo or metal skewer. Heat the grill. On top of the fire, cook the shrimp for 5-7 minutes, flip it in the middle of the road. You want the outer part to be burned and pink, with the inside of white.
  6. The cast iron method: in a cast iron skillet is experienced on medium / high heat, give every good shake (to eliminate some excess crowds) and add it to the pan. Cook the shrimp for 5-7 minutes upside down halfway. You are looking for the same readiness as above.
